Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Executive at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via calls, emails, or live chats in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolving product, order, or service-related issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Providing accurate information regarding products, order status, payment issues, and returns
  • Collaborating with internal teams to address and resolve customer complaints effectively
  • Maintaining a detailed record of interactions and follow-up actions in the CRM system
  • Identifying customer needs and suggesting appropriate solutions or products to enhance their experience
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards during customer interactions

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

* Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade; a bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory

  • Strong communication skills in English and regional languages
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively

Experience

* Freshers are welcome!

  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is a bonus but not required

Working Hours

* Flexible working hours with the possibility of rotational shifts

  • Full-time and part-time options are available
  • Candidates must be willing to work weekends or holidays as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

* In-depth knowledge of careerzynith's products, policies, and processes (training will be provided)

  • Ability to empathize with customers and build rapport quickly
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
