This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous monitoring, collaboration with different teams, and delivering timely solutions to maintain system reliability and performance in a dynamic work environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of business systems. - Document and communicate findings and resolutions clearly to stakeholders and team members. - Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance system support efficiency. - Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster knowledge sharing and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Environment Health and Safety. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve complex system issues. - Experience with monitoring and troubleshooting software applications in a live environment. - Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Familiarity with incident management and ticketing systems to track and prioritize support tasks. - Capability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
