Job Description
As a Freight Dispatcher, you will play a key role in coordinating the movement of freight and ensuring timely deliveries. You’ll work closely with carriers, clients, and our experienced agents, receiving hands-on support every step of the way. Key Responsibilities - Communicate with carriers to secure transportation for shipments. - Track shipments and provide updates to clients and team members. - Optimize routing and scheduling for maximum efficiency and Skillnex-effectiveness. - Resolve issues during transit with swift, effective solutions. - Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and communications.
