Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Associate Customer Onboarding Manager to join our SMB | EMEA team. As the face and voice of careerzynith for our clients, you'll be responsible for onboarding clients and setting them up for durable relationships with careerzynith to enable long-term success. You'll serve as our client's trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance during the onboarding phase on operational and product-related issues. Simultaneously, you'll be an internal advocate for clients with careerzynith, championing new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client's business with careerzynith.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle accounts with lower/medium complexity onboarding requirements in either our SMB/MM segments

• Identify and flag risks that will lead to delayed onboarding
• Be the source of knowledge for the customer for the products they are looking to onboard, building a relationship with the customer to set them up for success with careerzynith
• Collect product and operational feedback from customers and share it with relevant internal stakeholders
• Provide a high-quality experience to our customers on a day-to-day basis
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely response and completion of customer requests
• Lead each onboarding as a project, coordinating with all stakeholders internal and external to ensure that all parties involved in the project are kept up to date

Qualifications

* Minimum of 1+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing experience

• Previous experience in at least one of the following: fast-growth startup, consulting, investment banking, or private equity
• Relationship builder who remains calm and collected when facing crisis or criticism and celebrates partners' successes with them
• Demonstrate understanding of project management principles and ability to lead projects to completion successfully
• Reliable, motivated self-starter with a passionate growth mentality, enjoying fast-paced environments and taking on high degrees of responsibility
• Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data
• Curious by nature and interested in making an impact
