Through our online auction platform, we offer over 15.000 vehicles per week, sourced from leading fleet owners, leasing and rental companies, as well as banks and dealerships. About the Rôle: We are looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on B2C Marketplace Operations Assistant to help transform professional product inventory into attractive online listings for consumer marketplaces and classified platforms.The role combines product listing management, content enrichment, visual preparation, administrative follow-up, and basic sales performance tracking. Strong attention to detail Comfortable with repetitive and operational tasks Good written English Basic knowledge of e-commerce or online marketplaces Comfortable working with spreadsheets and online tools Organized and reliable Experience with classified platforms or marketplace listings is a plus Nice to HaveBasic image editing skills Experience with Excel / Google Sheets Familiarity with online selling platforms Create and manage product listings on B2C marketplaces and classified websites Improve product titles, descriptions, specifications, and missing product data Prepare and optimize product images to make listings more attractive Ensure products comply with required administrative and declaration processes Monitor listing quality and marketplace standards Track sales performance and basic listing metrics Update pricing, stock information, and product availability Maintain organized product and listing documentation Support continuous improvement of listing quality and conversion rates Contractor agreement with hourly rate Fully remote position (Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00) Opportunity to work in a dynamic, international team
