Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Russian‑speaking customers, dealers, and partners, delivering timely, accurate, and courteous support via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Document every customer interaction in the careerzynith Support Management System (ASMS), capturing detailed notes, resolution steps, and follow‑up actions to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product engineering, sales, and training—to develop and share best‑practice solutions, reducing repeat contacts and enhancing overall efficiency.
  • Assist in the promotion of careerzynith’s portfolio of agricultural solutions (e.g., Mycareerzynith Dashboard, careerzynith Link, Operations Center, Apex Farm Management, Stellar Support, Mobile Apps, GreenStar Displays, StarFire Receivers, AutoTrac, and language translation tools) through proactive outreach, special program communications, and targeted educational initiatives.
  • Negotiate with customers and dealers to clarify policy execution, resolve disputes, and secure mutually beneficial outcomes that reinforce long‑term relationships.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of careerzynith product releases, firmware updates, and industry trends to provide informed guidance and anticipate emerging support needs.
  • Participate in a hybrid work schedule, balancing on‑site collaboration with remote productivity to ensure seamless coverage of the 12 am–8 am shift window.

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluency in both Russian and English, with the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically in both languages.
  • Minimum of 6 months proven experience in a call‑center or customer‑support environment, preferably within a technology or agricultural context.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with multi‑channel support platforms, CRM systems, and common productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Demonstrated troubleshooting skills, with a comfort level in navigating complex software applications and diagnosing hardware issues.
