Job Description
- Generate and review client invoices for accuracy and compliance with company policies and client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing.
- Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and ensure proper documentation.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with clients for payment collection as needed.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports related to billing and revenue.
- Support the legal department with billing inquiries and provide detailed explanations when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve billing processes and implement best practices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to billing and invoicing.
