Position Overview – Branch Customer Service & Sales Representative

As a Branch Customer Service & Sales Representative at careerzynith’s Greensboro, NC location, you will be the welcoming face of our branch. Key Responsibilities

• Member Interaction: Greet members in person, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations that align with their needs.

• Cashiering & Transaction Management: Process payments for insurance policies, travel tickets, and other products; balance cash drawers; handle remittance and deposit transfers accurately.
