They are seeking a Business Development Consultant to generate and qualify leads while working towards a commission-based earning potential during the initial probation period.
Responsibilities
- Generate Leads: Identify and contact potential clients across the construction, renewable energy, and building services sectors
- Qualify Opportunities: Gather essential information on hiring needs, key contacts, and recruitment processes
- Collaborate with the Team: Pass detailed qualified leads to the Director or other team members to drive successful placements
- Hit Your Targets: Meet and exceed lead generation and conversion targets, with no limits on your success
Skills
- Confident communicator with a passion for sales and business development
- Ambitious and results-driven, motivated by achieving and exceeding targets
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client relationships
- No prior experience in recruitment is necessary we provide full training
- Knowledge or interest in the construction, renewable energy, or building services industries is a plus
- Previous sales or business development experience is beneficial, but not essential
