Business Development Manager

You understand how business is done locally-who matters, what drives decisions, and how to create momentum. You don’t just open doors; you turn connections into lasting, revenue-generating partnerships. What you'll do: Take ownership of growth in your region, building a network that drives long-term value for both our partners and our business; Activate and expand your network of brokers, affiliates, and trading communities; Build partnerships that generate funded clients and recurring activity; Identify and develop high-impact opportunities in your region; Represent Traders Trust locally and grow our presence; Operate independently with full ownership of your results; Any other duties and responsibilities relevant to the role. You need these qualifications: Active and trusted network of IBs, affiliates, traders, educators, or trading communities; Strong regional knowledge and local connections; Ability to generate business independently; Highly self-driven and results-orientated; Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadliness; Strong negotiation skills and ability to close partnerships that translate into recurring revenue; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Demonstrates long-term thinking, building sustainable partnerships rather than chasing short-term wins.
