The firm is actively seeking a Litigation Attorney with at least 3 years of experience to join its Las Vegas, NV office . Key Responsibilities: Independently manage a diverse caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution or trial. Handle legal research, motion practice, discovery, client communication, and court appearances. Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop litigation strategies tailored to business and legal goals. Draft pleadings, settlement agreements, and related litigation documents. Maintain high professional standards while working with autonomy and accountability.
