FactSet is a leading provider of flexible, open data and software solutions for investment professionals worldwide. They are seeking a Client Solutions Associate to build relationships with clients, promote product usage, and ensure smooth onboarding through targeted training and feedback sessions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to understand their business and technical processes, and provide tailored solutions using FactSet’s data products
- Provide guidance on FactSet data solutions and increase adoption of FactSet APIs, datafeeds, and cloud services
- Plan and lead product trainings, feedback sessions, and business reviews
Skills
- Strong interest in Finance and/or FinTech
- Client centric mindset
- Desire to collaborate across teams to create unique and innovative solutions
- Experience or desire to be client facing as a subject matter expert
- Proficiency at learning, using, and applying new technology
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with APIs, data pipelines, or scripting languages (Python, R, SQL) highly valued
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate across cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office with Excel skills
- Bachelor's Degree Conferred by September of 2026
