Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Forecasting: Support the creation and maintenance of the annual operating plan (AOP) and monthly forecasting models, ensuring alignment with senior‑level strategic objectives and transparent data sources.
  • Annual & Quarterly Business Reviews: Contribute to the development of the careerzynith+ annual strategy, quarterly business reviews, and month‑to‑month/quarter‑to‑quarter forecasting cycles.
  • Data‑Driven Business Cases: Build compelling business cases and scenario analyses to inform go‑to‑market strategies, pricing adjustments, and promotional initiatives.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct ad‑hoc deep‑dive analyses on key performance drivers (e.g., subscriber churn, ARPU, acquisition cost) for the most recent quarter and present actionable insights to leadership.
  • Cross‑Regional Collaboration: Work closely with regional careerzynith+ operations, BD, finance, and local market teams, as well as US marketing and finance partners, to ensure consistent execution of commercial plans.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Tailor communications for diverse audiences—including country teams, global leadership, and external partners—ensuring clarity and impact.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline planning processes, enhance data integrity, and automate reporting where possible.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in data‑driven environments, preferably within a B2C or subscription‑based business.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex data sets into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of adapting tone for varied audiences.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple project timelines and meeting tight deadlines.
