This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home in Bermuda. We are looking for empathetic, detail-oriented individuals who excel at written communication and can navigate multiple systems simultaneously to provide accurate and timely support. • Key Responsibilities
• Provide prompt, professional, and accurate support to customers via live chat, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and building positive customer relationships through written communication.
