Morgan-Mace are partnering with a rapidly growing US-based supplement company that develops science-backed products to support health and wellness. DTC Growth Copywriter – Supplement / Nutraceuticals brand About the Role The Growth Copywriter will own the words that drive results across paid ads and direct-response channels. This role is core to the client’s paid social growth engine - writing, testing, and iterating copy that turns scrolls into conversions. You’ll report directly to the Head of Growth and collaborate closely with the Creative, Brand, Video, and Design teams, as well as the Lifecycle Retention Manager. Responsibilities

• Draft and iterate video ad scripts, hooks, and voiceovers for rapid testing
• Turn performance data into fresh copy angles and test hypotheses across Meta and other channels
• Write high-converting copy for paid social ads, landing pages, email, and SMS
• Build and run structured messaging tests, track results, and document learnings
• Mine customer reviews and feedback to fuel new product storytelling
• Partner with creative teams to ensure copy aligns with brand standards
• Contribute ideas for new ad concepts based on trends and performance signals
• Maintain a copy learnings library to scale winning messaging Experience
• 2–3 years copywriting or performance marketing experience at a DTC CPG brand (nutraceutical/supplement background strongly preferred)
• Proven track record writing direct-response copy for paid ads, landing pages, email & SMS
• Familiarity with Meta, YouTube, and how copy impacts creative performance
• Experience in creative testing (hooks, headlines, angles) and analyzing results Who You Are

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
