CREATIVE CONTENT MANAGER

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute content strategies to increase channel visibility, engagement, and subscriber growth using SEO best practices and keyword research.
- Manage the entire content creation process, including scripting, filming, editing videos with video editing software, and designing graphics using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to enhance searchability and viewer retention.
- Monitor social listening tools and analyze web analytics through Google Analytics and YouTube Analytics to assess performance metrics and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with team members on branding initiatives, public relations efforts, and social media marketing campaigns across platforms such as Facebook Advertising, Buffer (application), Hootsuite, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Engage with viewers by responding to comments, managing community interactions, and fostering relationships to build a loyal audience base.
- Oversee scheduling and posting of content using social media management tools like Buffer or Hootsuite to maintain consistent channel activity.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in college or university with the ability to earn college credit for this internship position.
- Strong knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with video editing software is essential.
- Familiarity with SEO techniques, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools.
- Experience in graphic design, photography, or video production is highly desirable.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail for content accuracy and brand consistency.
