To be used for Contingent Worker only Position Overview Signet is seeking a talented CRM Manager or Senior Manager for a 3-month contract engagement. This individual will support the Kay, Kay Outlet, and Peoples brands in the planning, strategy, deployment, testing, and optimization of foundational Email and SMS programs. In partnership with Signet’s agencies, the contractor will support end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring all channels are properly configured and deployment-ready. Responsibilities include campaign setup, QA, launch execution, and audience configuration within relevant platforms (e.g., Sailthru for email). This role will also be responsible for reporting and delivering actionable insights to inform future communications and performance optimization. Major Responsibilities / Essential Functions

  • Support Email and SMS programs for Kay, Kay Outlet, and Peoples to drive year-over-year revenue growth and list expansion.
  • Contribute to monthly campaign calendar planning and ensure delivery of a cohesive, on-brand customer experience through effective storytelling and structured testing.
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop creative briefs and oversee campaign execution, measurement, and performance reporting.
  • Maintain CRM governance standards, including pop-up management and email best practices.
  • Collaborate with CRM peers to advance a holistic, customer-centric CRM strategy.
  • Monitor competitive CRM communications and share insights across Signet brands.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Position Qualifications: Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Required Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in email planning and execution.
  • Hands-on experience in Email and SMS campaign execution, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with audience segmentation and personalization strategies.
  • Familiarity with email builds, deliverability best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.

Skills & Competencies

  • The hourly rate for this opportunity is $50.00 - $60.00/Hour. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
  • Proven experience in marketing execution, including email design, segmentation, deployment, and reporting.
  • Experience leveraging marketing automation workflows to deliver timely, personalized communications.
  • Strong proficiency with channel execution tools (e.g., ESP platforms such as Sailthru, Attentive, Movable Ink).
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to evaluate campaign performance data (e.g., Adobe Analytics), identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and partnering with agencies to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across marketing, creative, and technical teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign configuration, QA, and deployment.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization methodologies.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
