Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Crypto Research Analyst & Investment Writer. The role involves conducting in-depth market research, analyzing cryptocurrency trends, and preparing insightful reports to inform investment strategies. You will be responsible for leveraging market insights to produce engaging and informative written content, including research reports, blog posts, and case studies. Additionally, the role includes presenting findings to stakeholders and supporting strategic decision-making within the venture capital space.
Qualifications
- Financial thinking and market understanding: You know what P/E, FDV, liquidity, and volatility mean, and you can apply these concepts to tokens.
- Ability to dig deeper than the surface: You don't trust beautiful slides from pitch decks; you hunt for primary sources: contracts, token distribution, founders' transaction history.
- Talent for writing complexity simply: Your 20-page report must be clear to both an institutional fund and a retail investor hearing the word "staking" for the first time.
- Objectivity and absence of conflict of interest: You are ready to write "this project is garbage, don't invest," even if its founders are your friends from a previous job.
- Market awareness and constant learning: You track trends, read competitors (Messari, Delphi Digital, CoinBureau), and understand that the market changes every week.
