Your mission will be to accelerate student learning and turn historical narratives and geographical systems into compelling, accessible content that resonates deeply with learners. What You Will Be Doing
- Designing AI-powered interactive simulations that render historical events and geographical concepts tangible and engaging for students.
- Interpreting learning data to identify trends and inform adaptive learning pathways tailored to each student's progress and needs.
- Creating innovative digital tools that animate historical narratives and global environments—ranging from time-based virtual experiences to culturally immersive content.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams of educators and technology specialists to pioneer new methodologies in social studies instruction.
- Converting intricate historical and geographic material into accessible, compelling lessons powered by AI-driven customization.

Curriculum Developer Key Responsibilities Lead measurable advances in students' comprehension of social studies material, doubling the rate at which they absorb essential historical and geographic knowledge using AI-enabled instructional strategies. Basic Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in History, Geography, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience teaching or developing social studies curricula, with demonstrable results in improving student outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Experience with AI applications in education, such as content creation, adaptive learning, or data analysis.
- Outstanding communication skills to translate complex social studies topics into engaging narratives.

The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
