Role Overview

As a Customer Care Professional – Consumer Product Services at careerzynith, you will be the front‑line ambassador of our brand, delivering exceptional, consultative service to card members and prospective customers. You will blend empathetic communication with strategic sales acumen to help members navigate their financial journeys, redeem rewards, and discover new product offerings that enhance their lives. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide extraordinary inbound service on high‑volume calls, adhering to careerzynith’s Customer First philosophy.
  • Engage with card members to uncover their needs, offering personalized solutions that reinforce the value of careerzynith membership.
  • Drive consultative sales by presenting relevant product offers, reward redemption options, and lifestyle experiences that deepen engagement.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, update account information, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Utilize careerzynith’s suite of tools and resources to anticipate needs, resolve issues on first contact, and achieve high satisfaction scores.
  • Continuously refine selling skills—building rapport, handling objections, and closing sales—through ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
  • Meet and exceed performance metrics, including customer survey results, sales conversion rates, quality assurance scores, compliance adherence, and productivity targets.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, sharing insights that help improve processes, product offerings, and overall customer experience.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum two years of proven success in a customer service or consultative sales environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build loyalty through active listening, relationship building, and clear communication—both written and verbal.
  • Strong integrity and the ability to handle sensitive card member information in line with regulatory and compliance guidelines.
  • Resilience to manage a steady stream of calls while maintaining a positive attitude during challenging interactions.

  • Technical proficiency with multiple computer systems, enabling rapid navigation and accurate data entry.
  • Reliability and punctuality—consistent attendance and adherence to scheduled shifts.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Requirements

  • Experience in the financial services or consumer products sector, especially with credit card or rewards programs.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a call‑center environment.
  • Flexibility to work shifts between 6:00 am and 2:00 am, including weekends and holidays, to support careerzynith’s 24/7 service model.
  • Location: Sunrise, Florida (or remote arrangements where applicable under careerzynith Flex).
