Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Chat & Call Support Specialist to become the voice of careerzynith for our discerning clientele. In this role, you will manage order processing, respond to product inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure every customer interaction is seamless, informative, and memorable. Your ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and resolve issues quickly will directly influence customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end‑to‑end order processing using careerzynith’s proprietary order‑entry platform, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, sales representatives, and sales management via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address incoming calls and emails with professionalism, providing detailed product information, pricing, and availability.
  • Collaborate with technical support and collection teams to expedite orders, resolve discrepancies, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Process purchase orders, coordinate inventory restocking, and maintain up‑to‑date records of stock levels.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers by gathering feedback, following up on open tickets, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
