Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Champion, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our pet owners, ensuring their experience with careerzynith is delightful and memorable. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch customer service across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing product and service inquiries.
- Proactively identifying solutions to anticipate and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Managing inbound and outbound calls, providing technical support and navigating our website.
- Taking ownership of every issue, resolving it from start to finish, and providing a best-in-class service experience.
- Understanding that each interaction is an opportunity to create a delightful experience, going beyond just solving a single problem.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools.
- 1+ year of customer service experience or veterinary care experience.
- Availability to work 7am - 3pm MT, Monday - Friday.
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
- VIRTUAL REQUIREMENTS:
+ Broadband internet connection with minimum internet speed of 10 mbps download and 5 mbps upload. + Private and distraction-free home environment.
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, we're looking for candidates with:
- 2+ years of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
- Experience working virtually.
- Experience in veterinary/pet care.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member.
- Animal lover - a plus, but not required!
