Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Experience Strategic Support Analyst to join our remote support team.   • Support contract negotiation processes and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies.
  • Develop, maintain, and execute customs import control procedures, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and document process controls, record‑keeping, and audit readiness for import operations.
  • Apply quality‑management principles to identify improvement opportunities, recommend solutions, and influence senior leadership decisions.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
