Role Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith’s Indianapolis, IN call center, you will be the first point of contact for our policyholders. You’ll handle a wide range of inquiries—from billing questions and policy adjustments to providing tailored insurance recommendations. Your ability to listen, empathize, and resolve issues quickly will directly influence the satisfaction and loyalty of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to digital inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist policyholders with billing inquiries, payment processing, and account updates.
  • Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals accurately.
