  • Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately record verbal and written guest interactions in Freshdesk, ensuring a reliable audit trail for future reference.
  • Operational Support: Assist restaurant managers with online menu updates, monitor delivery platforms, and help maintain the integrity of careerzynith’s digital ordering ecosystem.
  • Trend Analysis: Identify recurring patterns, compile guest feedback, and propose actionable improvements to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal departments—including Marketing, Operations, and IT—to streamline processes and share insights that drive continuous improvement.
  • Remote Flexibility: Operate from a home office while occasionally attending in‑person meetings or social events at the careerzynith Support Center in Coralville.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred); additional education or certifications in customer service, communications, or related fields are a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role, preferably within a fast‑casual or hospitality environment.
  • Proficiency with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and the ability to quickly learn new software platforms such as Freshdesk, online ordering systems, and loyalty program tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for turning challenging situations into positive outcomes.
