Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Fluency in both English and Canadian French (Québécois), with the ability to communicate clearly in written assessments.
  • Proven ability to multitask—balancing phone conversations, computer navigation, and note‑taking without sacrificing quality.
