Key Responsibilities

Comfortable working with CRM systems, telecom tools, and digital communication platforms.

Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the telecom, IT, or related service industries.

Experience handling high volumes of customer interactions while maintaining quality standards.

Previous exposure to technical troubleshooting or telecom service support is an advantage.

Full-time position.
