They are seeking a Digital Reporter responsible for capturing and preserving verbatim records of legal proceedings, ensuring accurate audio capture and maintaining control during judicial processes.
Responsibilities
- Accurately record legal proceedings using advanced audio/video equipment
- Administer oaths and maintain control as an independent authority
- Annotate essential testimony for transcription and playback as needed
- Manage and secure exhibits, backup files, and complete job-specific worksheets
- Maintain professionalism and build effective relationships with clients and legal professionals
- Perform timely preparation for assignments and respond to communications efficiently
