Why This Role Matters
As the Director, Customer Solutions, you will be the strategic bridge between careerzynith’s supply chain expertise and our most valuable retail partners. Your leadership will directly influence revenue growth, operational efficiency, and the overall shopper experience, ensuring that careerzynith remains the partner of choice for national retailers.
Key Responsibilities

- Lead the development of collaborative business planning (CBP) initiatives that synchronize demand forecasts, inventory policies, and promotional calendars across the supply chain.
Revenue Enhancement & Efficiency Initiatives
- Identify and implement revenue‑generating opportunities, including computer‑generated ordering, electronic data interchange (EDI) enhancements, and night‑delivery programs.
- Drive on‑shelf availability (OSA) improvements that boost system revenue, increase retail sales dollars, and elevate the shopper experience.
- Facilitate operational process‑improvement projects with customers, delivering measurable gains in volume, revenue, and cost‑to‑serve.
Customer Service & Performance Management

- Coordinate and monitor the Customer Service Improvement Plan (CSIP) for each key account, ensuring timely resolution of service gaps.
- Build and nurture collaborative relationships with bottlers, retail partners, and internal functional teams to address systemic service issues.
Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
- Lead weekly and monthly multi‑disciplinary account team meetings, fostering alignment across the three careerzynith banners (e.g., sparkling, still, and specialty beverages).
- Partner with broader bottler teams, the Customer Collaboration Team (CCT), and Operational Excellence (OWT) groups to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as the primary external liaison for key retailers, ensuring transparent communication, proactive issue resolution, and sustained partnership health.
