Our client, a rapidly scaling technology company experiencing significant growth, is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Talent Acquisition to lead their recruitment efforts. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to build and manage a high-performing talent acquisition function from anywhere in the US. As the Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies to attract and secure top talent across all departments, with a particular focus on technical roles. You will lead a team of recruiters, foster strong relationships with hiring managers, and ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing full-cycle recruitment strategies, leveraging various sourcing channels, and optimizing employer branding initiatives. You will possess deep expertise in talent market analysis, workforce planning, and diversity & inclusion recruitment practices. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills. You will manage recruitment technology (ATS), analyze key recruitment metrics, and continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Your ability to build scalable recruitment solutions and partner effectively with executive leadership will be critical to the success of this role. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team, fostering a results-driven and collaborative environment. Oversee full-cycle recruitment for all open positions, from sourcing to offer acceptance. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates, particularly for technical roles. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define role requirements. Enhance employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and differentiate the company in the market. Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment technologies. Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Ensure a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process. Develop and manage recruitment budgets and resources effectively. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition/recruiting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven experience developing and executing recruitment strategies for high-growth technology companies. Demonstrated success in recruiting for a wide range of roles, including technical positions. Expertise in using various sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.). Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations pertaining to recruitment. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies. Ability to work independently and lead a remote team effectively. Experience with diversity and inclusion recruitment best practices.
