PM is expected to be a proactive leader of projects and not just a meeting facilitator. -Must be able to explain how they approach a project -Must be able to explain the life cycle of a project and how they handle each step -Experience supporting or working within population health initiatives. -Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager (PM) partnering closely with end users, particularly in population health environments. -Proven experience in the healthcare industry, preferably with a strong understanding of value-based care models, Medicare, and Medicaid.
