Elite QBO ProAdvisor / Fractional CFO for Franchise Sale Prep (SDE & Due Diligence)
I am preparing to sell my three franchise locations (which I have owned since October 2024) and need an elite, U.S.-based QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor or fractional CFO to help me get my financials "buyer-ready" for due diligence. I have already built the P&Ls for 2024 and 2025 myself for my tax accountant. I need an expert to audit these, ensure they are optimized for U.S. GAAP compliance, and calculate my Seller's Discretionary Earnings (SDE) by identifying and documenting all defensible add-backs. Key Deliverables: Audit Historical P&Ls: Review my self-prepared QBO files (Oct 2024 - present) to ensure accuracy and U.S. GAAP compliance. Create a Schedule of Add-Backs: Comb through the financials to identify all legitimate add-backs and build a clean, highly defensible Schedule of Add-Backs (SDE) that ties directly back to the P&L statements. Teaching Session (Rolling P&L): Once the audit is complete, conduct a live 1-on-1 teaching/consulting session with me so I can learn how to confidently maintain a rolling P&L going forward until the business closes. Ideal Candidate: Expert-level QuickBooks Online and U.S. GAAP experience. Proven background in M&A financial prep, company valuation, and defensible SDE add-backs.
