This entry‑level position is designed for college students or recent graduates who are eager to launch a career in data management, business technology, and public‑policy support. You will work closely with senior leaders, including the Director of Support Systems and Business Technology, to translate complex requirements into clean, reliable data that drives strategic decisions across careerzynith.

  • Assist senior staff in developing and refining framework foundations, ensuring alignment with evolving business goals.
  • Support the creation of scalable, high‑touch support processes that enable seamless partner interactions.
  • Participate in regular data quality audits, identifying and correcting inconsistencies before they impact downstream analytics.
  • Contribute to documentation of best practices, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability for data integrity.
  • Help drive continuous improvement initiatives by proposing innovative solutions to streamline data entry workflows.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to translate technical data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non‑technical audiences.

Minimum Capabilities (Required Experience)

  • 15 years of experience overseeing framework foundation planning and delivery – Note: For this entry‑level posting, we interpret this as a strong academic foundation and any relevant internship or project experience that demonstrates an understanding of framework concepts.
  • 10 years of experience leading people, managers, and teams, as well as mentoring and developing a team – Relevant leadership experience in student organizations, clubs, or project groups is welcomed.
  • 5 years of experience in scaled and high‑touch support, managing cross‑functional partners, and leveraging central capabilities – Internships or part‑time roles that involved stakeholder coordination are applicable.

Preferred Capabilities (Desired Skills)

  • Experience in business analysis, systems design, systems integration, data modeling, and solutions delivery.
  • Ability to use data to drive strategy and business outcomes, communicate complex ideas to both technical and non‑technical audiences, and influence cross‑functional partners.
  • Capacity to inspire design teams to collaborate, build industry‑leading engineering foundations, drive adoption, and deliver impact.
  • Skill in solving ambiguous problems and scaling solutions across an organization and distributed team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, and partnership skills.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or in‑progress) in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Strong academic record with coursework that includes data structures, database fundamentals, and project management.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Excel, Google Sheets) and basic familiarity with database query languages (SQL preferred).
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets accurately.
  • Effective time‑management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Internship or co‑op experience in data entry, data analysis, or business technology support.
  • Exposure to cloud‑based platforms, especially those related to video content management.
  • Knowledge of government compliance standards or public‑sector data handling practices.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
  • Basic programming experience (Python, R) for data cleaning and automation.
