Position Overview In this role, you will work directly with members who have requested information about their benefit options. You will help schedule appointments, explain available programs, answer questions, and guide families through a simple digital process from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicates clearly, and is comfortable working in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Connect with members through inbound and outbound communication Schedule and complete virtual or phone-based appointments Review benefit options in a clear, professional, and helpful manner Assist with online applications and required documentation Maintain accurate records and follow established compliance standards Provide a positive member experience from the first conversation through completion Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development What We’re Looking For Strong communication and people skills A positive, professional, and service-focused attitude Ability to build trust and maintain strong relationships Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently Confidence using computers, video calls, and online systems Customer service or sales experience is helpful but not required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
