Position Overview – Data Analyst, careerzynith+ Product, Marketing & Content Curation
We are seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Data Analyst to join the Studio Research & Insights team. In this role, you will partner closely with the careerzynith+ Product groups to collect, integrate, and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data that drive strategic decisions for the careerzynith Streaming Bundle and in‑home entertainment experiences. This is an entry‑level, full‑time opportunity that offers a blend of on‑site collaboration (Monday‑Thursday) and remote work (Friday).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with a wide variety of qualitative and quantitative research projects, including data collection, cleaning, and transformation to produce tables, charts, and narrative report sections.
- Join multiple data sets using SQL to support daily operations of the careerzynith+ user experience post‑launch initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate research objectives, business requirements, and timelines into actionable data pipelines.
- Build and maintain relationships with research partners both within careerzynith and external vendors, ensuring data integrity and timely delivery.
- Analyze and present findings in both standard and ad‑hoc reports for product marketing, engagement, and product strategy stakeholders.
- Own assigned projects, conduct quality assurance cycles, and communicate status updates to senior leadership to guarantee on‑time delivery.
- Partner with the Senior Manager and the broader team to ensure each insight is strategically relevant and drives key business direction.
- Work alongside analytics teams in Snowflake and Databricks environments to streamline data workflows.
- Maintain both verbal and written documentation of data models, definitions, and requirements for internal stakeholders.
- Respond to basic data requests from internal customers, providing timely and accurate information.
- Support the presentation of findings in research‑driven business discussions, influencing product roadmaps and marketing tactics.
- Stay current on SVOD (Subscription Video on Demand) and in‑home entertainment industry trends, contributing thought leadership to the team.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, Cognitive Science, Information Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated ability to work with SQL to extract, join, and aggregate data from disparate sources.
- Strong quantitative reasoning and analytical skills, with the capacity to synthesize complex data into clear business insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of delivering concise visual narratives to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
