  • Timely Delivery: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets while adhering to established service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry workflows, suggest enhancements, and assist in the implementation of automation tools.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Generate concise reports on data entry metrics, error rates, and corrective actions for management review.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED). A post‑secondary certificate in business administration, health information management, or a related field is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to type at least 55 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy (≥ 98%).
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and familiarity with database management tools.
