Daily Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with members. Schedule and confirm virtual appointments. Present benefit options through video meetings. Assist members with applications and required documentation. Maintain accurate records and follow quality standards. Use basic computer systems to manage client information. Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development.

Minimum Qualifications
