Estimating Coordinator - Fuill Remote
We are a US-based custom manufacturing company, and we are looking for dedicated and loyal individuals that can contribute to our goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES -Read drawings and perform detailed take-offs of companies related products. -Read through specifications, input take-offs in excel sheets that are provided. -Able to read blueprints, floor plans, or related bid documents. -Able to prepare estimates in a timely fashion and meet customers deadlines. -Able to review proposal pricing for accuracy, item counts, misspellings, address verification prior to submitting. -Able to communicate with customer to finalize pricing proposal on request for information (RFIs), addendums, etc. -Able to communicate with customer to finalize the closing of a sale from the provided pricing proposal you created. -Able to bring savings to a project by communicating with vendors for special pricing. QUALIFICATIONS -Excellent FLUENT English verbal and written communication. -Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in related field. -Outstanding organization and time management skills. -Keen attention to details is a must. An assessment will be given to test your proficiency and detail orientation. -Work Independently, with little supervision. -Good establishing rapport and building strong relationships quickly. -Friendly, fast learner who can adapt to change and have a “can-do” attitude -Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Teams, etc. We’re picky.
