Role Overview

Reporting to the Customer Success Supervisor, you will engage with new and prospective customers via telephone, email, and live chat. You will guide shoppers through the entire buying journey, answer order‑related inquiries, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure that every interaction reflects careerzynith’s commitment to excellence. The role is fully remote, with a set schedule of 2 pm – 10 pm EST, Monday through Friday, plus occasional weekend coverage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all inbound customer interactions during your shift in a friendly, relatable, and brand‑consistent manner.
  • Utilize empowered decision‑making to resolve issues, recommend products, and enhance each customer’s relationship with careerzynith.
  • Balance empathy for customer needs with an understanding of careerzynith’s business objectives and profitability.
  • Collect, synthesize, and share actionable feedback with product, merchandising, and marketing teams to drive continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a minimum of 70 quality interactions per shift, ensuring each contact meets or exceeds performance standards.
  • Assist with special projects, such as promotional campaigns, loyalty program rollouts, and seasonal launches, as directed by leadership.
  • Stay up‑to‑date on careerzynith’s product lines, brand story, and emerging fashion trends to provide knowledgeable recommendations.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, flagging recurring issues for deeper analysis.

Essential Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service, support, or related role, preferably within e‑commerce or fashion.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to think on your feet, employing creative problem‑solving to meet both customer and business needs.
