Join GenesisCare UK and play a key role in supporting our Executive Leadership Team whilst enjoying the flexibility of a national home-based role. As an Executive Assistant with us, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Executive Leadership Team, ensuring the smooth and efficient coordination of executive activities across the business. This is an exciting new position within GenesisCare UK, providing dedicated support to a C-suite of eight senior leaders. Working remotely with occasional travel for leadership meetings and business events, you'll manage complex diaries, coordinate travel and meetings, prepare presentations and reports, and act as a trusted point of contact for key stakeholders across the organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to work at the heart of the business, supporting strategic and operational priorities whilst building strong relationships with senior leaders across GenesisCare UK. What You'll Do:Provide high-level administrative support to members of the Executive Leadership Team. Manage complex and frequently changing diaries, meetings and appointments. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodation and transport. Process and manage executive expenses in a timely and accurate manner. Prepare presentations, reports, meeting packs and business correspondence. Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and room bookings. Support meeting preparation and coordinate follow-up actions where required. Ensure meeting rooms and presentation technology are prepared and functioning for executive meetings. Provide practical support with meeting logistics, including AV and presentation setup where required. Act as a key liaison point for senior internal and external stakeholders. Screen and prioritise communications, ensuring urgent matters are escalated appropriately. Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation. Provide administrative support for wider business initiatives and leadership activities as required. What You'll Have:Previous experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or senior administrative professional supporting senior leaders. Experience supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously. Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High levels of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience supporting Executive or C-suite stakeholders. Experience within healthcare, corporate or professional services environments. Familiarity with travel booking platforms and expense management systems.
