Working Days: Mon - Fri Working Style: Remote Job Type: Part-Time (Potential Full-Time Conversion Opportunity) Position Overview We are seeking o dynamic and highly organized individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant & Research Associate. This dual-roe position requires a proactive professional who can assist the executive while conducting high-quality research to aid in strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
Executive Assistance: Manage executive schedules, including meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence. Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings. Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Handle confidential information with discretion. Streamline and keep track of daily tasks. Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and potential opportunities. Compile, analyze, and present data to support decision-making. Draft reports, briefs, and white papers to provide actionable insights. Assist in project planning and monitoring based on research findings. Administrative Support: Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-ups on action items. Assist with any departmental task as needed. Coordinate team initiatives and events as needed. Qualification Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred. Willing to work night shifts.
