We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, data entry, and other tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our business. Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to our team, including data entry, email management, and other tasks as required

  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database, using our proprietary software
  • Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service via email and phone
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files, both physical and digital
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, such as answering phones, taking messages, and making travel arrangements
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve business objectives and goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement new ideas and processes as needed

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in an administrative or data entry role

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and precision
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems quickly

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data entry software and systems

  • Knowledge of business operations and procedures
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in data entry or administrative assistance
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
