Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Afterhours Customer Care Representative / Account Manager to join our team on a remote basis. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer service requests, and working closely with our Service Coordinators to ensure seamless communication with our customers. Responsibilities

As an Afterhours Customer Care Representative / Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Processing customer service requests, updating customer portals, and ensuring accurate and timely communication with customers
• Working closely with our Service Coordinators to notify customers of service dates, schedule appointments, and ensure seamless communication
• Uploading documentation to customer portals and accounting/work order systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records
• Performing data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues, provide solutions, and exceed customer expectations

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• At least 3 years of experience in customer care, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving customer issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, internal teams, and external partners
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
