Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Appointment Setter/Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our sales support team, you'll be responsible for conducting outbound calls to prospective clients, generating appointments for our sales team, and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

As an Appointment Setter/Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to generate appointments for our sales team
  • Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with potential customers and build rapport
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively to explain our services and value proposition
  • Negotiate appointment times that align with both client availability and sales team schedules
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and client interactions in our designated software
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads and follow-up processes
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in outreach strategies and appointment-setting techniques

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in outbound calling, sales, or customer service
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively
  • Proven negotiation skills that lead to successful appointment generation
  • Familiarity with software tools used for tracking calls and managing client information (a plus)
