Overview

As an Associate Customer Care Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be empowered to take ownership of each call, from beginning to end, and to provide solutions that meet the unique needs of each client. You will work closely with our team to build strong relationships with clients, to resolve issues, and to provide a superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat

  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Resolve issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our team to provide solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to clients
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including Average Handle Time (AHT) and First-Call Resolution (FCR)

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent experience

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a financial services or insurance industry
  • Ability to navigate complex customer interactions and to provide solutions that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to changing priorities
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus

Preferred Qualifications

* Post-secondary education in a related field

  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Knowledge of financial services or insurance products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
