Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Beginner Level Chat Support Agent to join our remote team. As a key member of our community engagement team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our members through live chat on Facebook. If you're a people person with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional support to our members through live chat on Facebook, answering their questions, and sharing interesting content.

  • Engage with members in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust.
  • Monitor and respond to member inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement community engagement strategies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our community goals and objectives.

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with Facebook groups and online communities.
