Key Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Disbursal Coordinator at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting client meetings at case closure to finalize necessary documentation and gather valuable feedback on their experiences
- Representing our firm at various company-sponsored events, including client appreciation and community outreach activities
- Providing support to the front office coordinator as required
- Engaging with clients on a daily basis, delivering impactful and meaningful outreach
- Occasionally traveling to remote offices to facilitate disbursal processes
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and a positive client experience
Required Skills:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client service roles
