Responsibilities of the Bilingual Customer Service Representative

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting Individuals and Families: Help individuals and families gain access to healthcare services, providing exceptional customer service and support along the way.
  • Reviewing and Determining Eligibility: Review and determine eligibility and enrollment for assigned workload, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
  • Providing Exceptional Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements for the Bilingual Customer Service Representative

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Spanish (or Creole) is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients in both languages.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management.
  • Customer-Focused: A passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong PC skills, with a willingness to learn new applications and systems.
  • Confidentiality: The ability to maintain confidentiality of personal health information, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry, with eligibility experience preferred.
  • Education: An Associate's degree is preferred, but not required.
