Job Summary

We're looking for experienced bilingual customer service representatives to join our team, providing multilingual support to our clients. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, resolving customer queries, and delivering exceptional support experiences. Key Responsibilities

As a bilingual customer service representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Receiving customer telephone calls and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Opening new accounts and managing existing ones with precision and attention to detail
  • Providing accurate and up-to-date information on Toll Lane locations, entry/exit points, and Xpress coach bus services
  • Assisting customers with planning the best route for their commute using Xpress coach bus services
  • Opening cases for escalated issues and resolving problems through effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and team-player mindset, even in high-pressure situations

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service call center environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (additional languages are a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented skills
  • Ability to work under minimal direct supervision and prioritize duties quickly and effectively
  • Positive attitude and team-player mindset
  • Understanding of business urgency and the importance of meeting deadlines

Training and Onboarding
