Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you'll be a vital part of our remote team in Sacramento, CA, working closely with customers to resolve their issues, answer their questions, and provide exceptional service. If you're passionate about helping others, have a strong work ethic, and are fluent in both Spanish and English, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

* Answer incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Conduct research to provide accurate and helpful responses to customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues
  • Utilize product knowledge to consult with customers and provide solutions to their problems
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills

Requirements

* 6 months of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal)
  • Strong computer skills and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • High-speed internet connection (> 15mbps) may be required for some programs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
